Skill Set

Students have the terrific opportunity to experience a variety of workshops that will build a gradual understanding and appreciation of the performing arts.  Experience is not necessary - all our students need is enthusiasm!

TV acting and presenting are unique parts of the Upstage curriculum that are not available from many other similar organisations.  Other popular subjects that round off the timetable include choreography and innovative script writing.

Skills developed at Upstage come together in school holidays when students have the opportunity to attend special week long workshops where they can get a real feel for the footlights while performing a spectacular show on a real stage.
